Jules van Hessen aka Maestro Jules

Jules van Hessen is a versatile, creative Dutch conductor with an extremely varied repertoire who knows how to handle a symphony orchestra and is able to communicate with his audience. Through his inspiring concerts and lectures he discloses the power and beauty of music, connecting people and bringing out new ideas.

After three overwhelminging first seasons he will continue with “Maestro Jules Onthult“: his new concept that both explains and performs great orchestral masterpieces. More than 20 concerts with Het Gelders Orkest,  and (now joining this formula), Het Residentieorkest (Hague Philharmonic) , the Maestro Jules Orchestra and the Philips Symphony Orchestra. Around Christmas 2016 three television shows were a great success (700.000 viewers) on Dutch Public Television (AVROTROS) with The Dutch Radio Philharmonic Orchestra .
